WAREHOUSE TRUCK WEIGHING
EPT Series
Turn every pallet move into a weighing event.
Weigh while you work. No extra handling. No extra time.
LOGIWEIGH integrates accurate weighing systems directly into electric warehouse trucks. Every lift instantly generates a weight reading, without detours to floor scales or dedicated weighing areas.
WAREHOUSE TRUCK WEIGHING
EPT (Electric Pallet Trucks) Series
Turn every pallet move into a weighing event.
Weigh while you work. No extra handling. No extra time.
LOGIWEIGH integrates accurate weighing systems directly into electric warehouse trucks.
Every lift instantly generates a weight reading, without detours to floor scales or dedicated weighing areas.
Traditional warehouse weighing creates bottlenecks
Many warehouses that need pallet weight data still rely on fixed floor scales located somewhere in the facility. While accurate, these scales introduce operational friction that accumulates across every shift.
An extra step in every movement
Whenever weight is required, operators must divert to a scale, place the pallet, record the weight, and then continue the task. This adds time and handling to operations that are already under pressure.
Scales in the wrong place
Floor scales are fixed. The work is not. When goods must be weighed at inbound docks, in picking aisles, or at staging lanes, operators travel to the scale instead of the scale coming to the work.
Weight data arrives too late
When weighing happens as a separate step, discrepancies with supplier packing lists or outgoing shipment weights are discovered later in the process, when correcting them is slower and more expensive.
Mobile weighing built into your warehouse trucks
LOGIWEIGH installs a calibrated weighing system directly into electric warehouse trucks. The system is installed on standard electric pallet trucks already operating in the warehouse. The truck operates exactly as before, but every lift instantly becomes a weight reading. Pallets, containers, and batches can be weighed at the moment they are handled, without interrupting the normal warehouse workflow.
Install the weighing system
A standard electric pallet truck is fitted with load cells and a calibrated weighing indicator. The electronics draw power directly from the truck battery. No external power supply is required.
Operate the truck normally
Operators drive and lift exactly as they always have. The weighing integration does not change the truck's lifting capacity or handling characteristics. Fork height increases by up to 5mm and fork width by approximately 20mm per fork.
Weight appears instantly
The large backlit LCD indicator displays the load weight the moment the pallet is lifted. The reading is available immediately for inbound verification, outbound documentation, or in-process control.
Optional connectivity
Weight data can be transmitted to warehouse systems or handheld terminals.
Available interfaces include RS232, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth.
Integration with WMS, ERP, or warehouse documentation systems is available depending on project requirements.
How it works
Compare against supplier packing lists or outgoing shipment weights the moment the pallet is lifted.
Know the weight of every pallet before it is placed on a truck or container. Overloading becomes a visible, preventable event rather than a compliance risk discovered at the gate.
Mobile weighing handles workflows that previously required dedicated floor scales, reducing unnecessary truck trips and freeing valuable floor space.
The scale moves with the truck. Operators capture weight at inbound docks, picking aisles, staging areas, or loading lanes without traveling to a fixed scale.

FAQ
Q: What is warehouse truck weighing?
Warehouse truck weighing is the integration of calibrated load cells and a weighing indicator directly into an electric pallet truck. The truck operates normally, and a weight reading is generated every time the operator lifts a pallet, without any additional handling step.
Q: How accurate is the weighing system?
The system operates at 0.1% of applied load, up to a maximum capacity of 2,000 kg. This level of accuracy is sufficient to replace fixed floor scales in most inbound, outbound, and in-process warehouse workflows.
Q: Can the system connect to a WMS or ERP?
Yes. The system supports RS232, Wi-Fi, Cellular and Bluetooth connectivity. Integration with warehouse management systems, ERP platforms, or warehouse documentation systems is available depending on project requirements.
Q: What types of electric pallet trucks can be converted?
LOGIWEIGH installs the weighing system on standard electric pallet trucks already operating in the warehouse. Compatibility is confirmed on a per-model basis before installation.
Q: How does warehouse truck weighing compare to a fixed floor scale?
A floor scale requires operators to divert from their route, place the load, and record the weight as a separate step. With warehouse truck weighing, the weight is captured the moment the pallet is lifted, at whatever location the truck is working. No dedicated weighing area is needed.
